The winery is equipped with the latest technology, which allows us to produce the finest wines from the vineyard.
It has cement vessels and stainless steel tanks for the vinification and conservation of wines at controlled temperatures. For the harvest, it has a double selection table with destemmer (Oscillys). In addition, it has a cold chamber and a vintage cooler, a pneumatic press with a modern drainage system and a fully equipped laboratory.
Our cava is made up of french and american oak barrels for the careful aging of the wines. Contact with oak allows us to achieve balanced and elegant wines, with intense colors, frank and clean aromas with subtle notes of toast and vanilla, which are structured, smooth and ripe in the mouth, with a long and harmonious finish.
